E34 E36 M50 M52 S50 S52 Oil Pump Chain Tensioner Kit

The oil pump is a touchy subject on M50, M52, S50, and S52 engines. From the notorious oil pump nut backing off, or oil pump shafts snapping. Our oil pump chain tensioner kit helps alleviating issues at high rpms.

Please note this kit cannot be installed with the engine installed in the car.

This requires the engine to be removed from the car, the head removed, and front timing cover removed. This kit also requires you to drill and tap your block. The ideal time to install this kit is while you are building your engine.
