Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All Sales are final. We do not accept returns. All products are sold with out any warranty expressed or implied. By Purchasing any product from Boost Monkey, you agree to our Terms of Service.

Shipping costs are non refundable.

Orders for service are essentially time slot bookings and are non refundable and cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.  Failure to mail us your electronics for repair does not constitute a cancellation or refund. 

Any and all refunds are subject to a 5% processing fee.
