Shipping costs are non refundable.
Orders for service are essentially time slot bookings and are non refundable and cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances. Failure to mail us your electronics for repair does not constitute a cancellation or refund.
Any and all refunds are subject to a 5% processing fee.
